BSD Services

Our Services include all formal training required, which shall be conducted on a “Face to Face” basis. This training will be done, on site, by one of the BSD (Pty) Ltd Skills Development Facilitators.

All training orientated interventions are seen to be skills programmes, that are outcome based, delivered according to the ETDP standards for practitioners and aligned to unit standards of competence.

This is one of the key requirements that would enable an organisation to achieve accreditation as a workplace provider and will eventually become mandatory for implementing legislation. (SAQA and SD Acts)

Our services will also provide eligibility for initiating grants against levies paid, especially with reference to the strategic grant initiatives of an organisation.
